Megan focuses her practice on the acquisition, development and disposition of all types of commercial properties, including horizontal and vertical mixed-use projects, retail and office parks, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions and other planned communities. She has substantial experience in the preparation of restrictive covenants, cross easement and cost sharing documentation, condominium formation documents and leases.
