William W. (Bill) Kehl

OF COUNSEL

Bill Kehl’s practice focuses on corporate, insurance and hospital law. He has had extensive experience in handling corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. He has also had extensive experience litigating insurance coverage and other commercial issues. His emphasis in hospital law has been primarily on medical staff and credentialing issues. Together with other members of the firm, he advises corporate clients on the full range of corporate and business activities engaged in by privately and publicly held companies.
