Stephen focuses his practice on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Stephen graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University where he majored in History. Afterward, he earned his law degree summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Senior Managing Editor on the Michigan State Law Review.
Prior to joining Wyche, Stephen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis, United States District Judge in Columbia, SC.
