James E. (Jim) Cox, Jr. Of Counsel

Jim works primarily in the area of general litigation, with an emphasis on employment litigation.  Jim has experience litigating a variety of employment claims at the trial and appellate level, including claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Equal Pay Act.  Jim represented the federal government in civil cases for over a decade and developed substantial experience litigating cases up to and including trial.

Licensed in Oregon; application for admission to South Carolina bar pending.
