John Moylan, Matthew Richardson, and Tally Parham Casey are among the very best lawyers in the state in the fields of whistleblower and False Claims Act (qui tam) litigation, governmental representation, election and voting rights disputes, big case litigation, and lawsuits involving complex financial transactions and novel questions of law. Along with Greenville attorney Troy Tessier, they lead Wyche’s plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice litigation practice groups. Together John, Matthew, and Tally have handled thousands of cases in these areas, have tried dozens of jury and non-jury trials to completion, and have obtained multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients.

These attorneys are committed and engaged members of their community, both in the Columbia area and beyond. John Moylan has been a member of the South Carolina Commission on Lawyer Conduct since 2005. Because of his nationally prominent political activities with the Democratic Party and Democratic Party candidates, John has appeared on national television shows including Larry King Live, MSNBC, Fox News, and Good Morning America. Matthew Richardson has also been active in Democratic Party politics and was the party’s nominee for State Attorney General in 2010. Matthew served as President of the South Carolina Association for Justice in 2012-2013, and is the current Chair of the South Carolina Access to Justice Commission. A former F-16 fighter pilot and veteran of three combat tours over Iraq, Tally Parham Casey currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves. In 2004 she was recognized as the South Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyer of the Year.
