Wyche’s immigration practice is equipped to handle virtually every aspect of immigration law for our corporate, academic, and individual clients. In the area of employment-based immigration, we provide a full range of services relating to nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as assistance with other issues such as employer sanctions, I-9 compliance, recordkeeping requirements, anti-discrimination, and employment taxes. In addition, we provide assistance to foreign national employees and their families with obtaining work authorization, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, and any other legal needs they may have in relocating to the United States and to South Carolina.

We frequently volunteer our time and resources to assist immigrant victims of crime, including battered and abused immigrant women and children, and organize and speak at various conferences at the state, regional, and national level on immigration law.
