Lightsey serves as the Chair of the Wyche Executive Committee, President of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, and past Chair of the South Carolina Commission on Lawyer Conduct. Lightsey has been listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” since 1997 and has been ranked in Band 1 for Litigation in Chambers USA: Leading Lawyers for Business since 2007. In 2004, he was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in recognition of his substantial jury trial experience. Lightsey is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
