Tally Parham, Member

Tally represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Her practice encompasses a variety of areas, including civil and voting rights litigation, whistleblower lawsuits, contract disputes, copyright litigation, employment litigation, unfair trade litigation, and will and estate contests. Tally has represented clients in corporate defense/white collar criminal matters and internal investigations, and she handles appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
