Tally represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Her practice encompasses a variety of areas, including civil and voting rights litigation, contract disputes, copyright litigation, employment litigation, unfair trade litigation, and will and estate contests. Tally has represented clients in corporate defense/white collar criminal matters and internal investigations, and she handles appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
