Martin (Marty) M. Tomlinson, Associate

Marty practices primarily in the area of general litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Wyche, Marty served as a law clerk to Judge Michael A. Chagares on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and Judge P. Michael Duffy on the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Marty also taught criminal justice and constitutional government as an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston, and taught legal research and writing as an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law.
