- Represented buyer in purchase of multimillion dollar loan and pursued foreclosure action to obtain title to underlying real estate.
- Drafted distribution, sales and reseller agreements for several multinational companies, including one agreement involving 5 companies in 5 different countries, for expected sales of over $100 million.
- Worked on-site as part of in-house legal team for a publicly held company, working directly with management and business leaders on a variety of matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and assisting with securities disclosure.
