John represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. He also represents governmental clients and private clients before governmental bodies.
Representative Matters
John has represented the plaintiffs in a qui tam lawsuit filed under the Federal False Claims Act that resulted in the largest healthcare settlement in the history of South Carolina. John successfully represented Colleton County as lead plaintiff in South Carolina's redistricting litigation. John has served as trial attorney in numerous business litigation contests; has represented health care providers; and has represented the plaintiff in a medical malpractice trial that resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict.
