Jim heads up our firm's Commercial Real Estate and Economic Incentives Practice Groups. He represents developers, public and private companies, lenders and investors in a wide variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including the development, acquisition, disposition and tax-deferred exchange and contribution of properties, as well as build-to-suit and other leases for retail, commercial and industrial projects. Jim also advises and helps clients structure and obtain various state and local economic incentives in connection with the development or expansion of projects.
