David H. Koysza, Associate

David represents defendants and plaintiffs in federal and state court. His practice focuses on both the trial and appellate levels. Before joining the Wyche firm, David was an attorney with the U.S. Solicitor General in Washington, D.C., where he authored more than twenty-five Supreme Court briefs and argued on behalf of the United States in the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. Prior to that, David served as law clerk to Chief Judge William W. Wilkins of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Representative Matters

Since joining the Wyche firm, David has represented public and privately held companies in business litigation, securities litigation, patent licensing litigation, commercial bankruptcy matters, class actions, and federal and state appeals. He has also worked with several Greenville-area companies in developing electronic discovery response plans.
