David H. Koysza, Member

David represents companies in commercial disputes. His cases have ranged from bet-the-company lawsuits with hundreds of millions at issue to emotionally charged disputes over a few thousand dollars. Before joining Wyche, David was an attorney with the U.S. Solicitor General in Washington, D.C., where he practiced Supreme Court litigation, and he was a law clerk for Chief Judge William W. Wilkins of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of Furman University. In 2009, Greenville Magazine named him one of Greenville’s “Best and Brightest 35 and Under.”
